I haven’t been in yrs though so some of that may have changed. The ModAPI is currently only available at Hey there guys, Then you sign up for an area and they have antler restrictions. You cannot have any firearm on base aside from those days and carries federal fines if you’re caught with even one bullet. It’s all archery, except for a couple of days of muzzleloader/shotgun. Then once you’ve done all that you have to sign out your hunting area. You’re supposed to claim the weapon every time you go on post but rarely do people do it. Then if you have access you have to take a class with outdoor rec and register your firearm with the garrison. Well first the general public can’t get access, you have to be active/retired or a reason to be on post. Wondered why hunting the arsenal wasn’t a bigger thing up here.
